With Friday being the last nice day of 2019 we plan to plant our garlic that afternoon. Initially we planned to do it in the morning but after waking up today and seeing all the frost we felt letting the sun warm up the planet for an additional few hours would be most beneficial. So here is the plan:
Friday, October 18th starting at 1:00 and going until done. When you get here park in the usual spots by the yellow building. I’ll meet you there at 1:00. If you come later, still park in the usual place and walk down the gravel road until you find us planting the garlic. Wear clothes that can get dirty ’cause they most likely will.
This is a great chance to see the farm, get some fresh air, and learn a bit about how your food is grown. I’m hoping with this being a day off from school that we can have a whole bunch of people helping out. Let me know if you can make it or if you have any questions.
