Many people ask me what I do in the winter time. I’ll fill you in on the details below, but first a few messages.
We have pricing for most things we are offering this year. One unfortunate loss is that Castle Rock is no longer delivering eggs. They also are not producing much Ice Cream (too many customers buying whole milk thus not having extra to make ice cream). So no IceCreamShare and unless I find another source of eggs we won’t be able to offer EggShare either. If you know of an organic egg supplier who is willing to deliver please let me know. We purchase about 45 dozen eggs ever other week.
We are still selling VeggieShares so keep spreading the word!
If you put down a deposit for your VeggieShare please remember the final payment is due before the end of March.

As you can see every day is different but they are all pretty full — from 5:00 in the morning until 11:00 at night (and sometimes into the next morning), going non-stop. No rest for the weary farmer in the winter. It can be exhausting. I’m sure some of you cynics out there are saying, “pphhtt, What is ‘Executive Time’? Sounds like you are goofing off.” Unfortunately you need the proper security clearance to learn all that I do during Executive Time, and no one, not even me, has that level of clearance.
As always, please feel free to send in comments, questions, suggestions, jokes, brain teasers and vegetable requests. As the corn always says, “I’m all ears!”
