Last newsletter I discussed the 100 Farms project we participated in with the University of Minnesota. Their study looked at four possible hypotheses why high tunnel production slows over time. This week I’ll discuss my hypothesis for this decrease. Plus other highlights from the farm.

This past season we were one of approximately 100 farms that participated in a research project with the University of Minnesota looking at soil characteristics within high tunnels and in their fields. This newsletter I’ll discuss their findings and where our farm falls in the study.
